It’s easy to eat Greek yogurt every day: Add it to your breakfast smoothies, enjoy it as a snack with some nuts, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey, or use it in the place of cream in homemade salad dressings or pasta sauces (just don’t heat it past 48 degrees Celsius which can kill the good bacteria in the yogurt).
