Treat yourself (occasionally) to some junk food after a workout

if you #EatClean most of the time, there’s no reason you can’t indulge once in a while.

We can all get some intense cravings from time to time where it becomes nearly impossible to resist the urge of fast food. We don’t advise that you make it a regular part of your diet – but we do believe that it’s perfectly acceptable and reasonable to include it in your 20% of the 80/20 rule , once in a while. Because after all: who doesn’t feel like one of the best rewards after a tough workout can be a big juicy burger and some warm, crispy French fries?

Recently we came across a few images that Alon Gabbay, a natural bodybuilder (translation: he doesn’t take steroids) posted on his Facebook page. He compared junk food that we all eat to how many kilometers of running it would take to burn it all off. We’ve selected a few of our favorites to share with you – feel free to enjoy one of them after a HIIT workout , Buti Yoga class or a long run.

Eat what you want to #LIVEMORE – but just don’t forget to work out as well to balance things out.
